Our client is seeking a Senior IT Trainer / Change Analyst to join the Systems team and support the rollout of a major technology enhancement. This role will replace an outgoing team member and play a pivotal part in driving adoption of Connect, QTIF’s internal claims management platform built on Appian.

• 3 months initial, with likely extension to June 2026

Your new role

• Deliver IT training to internal staff (approx. 80 users) and external stakeholders (approx. 600 users).
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new system features.
• Collaborate with project teams including PMs, BAs, developers, and scrum masters.
• Develop training materials and user guides tailored to different audiences.
• Assist with rollout of the external portal for secure information sharing.
• Provide feedback to system owners and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in IT training and system change management.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in hybrid environments and adapt to government processes.
• Knowledge of Appian or similar workflow platforms (highly desirable).
• Background in insurance, government, or financial services (advantageous).
