Your new role

• Coordinate and schedule training activities in line with project timelines
• Organise travel, meetings, and events for training delivery
• Support onboarding of new team members and liaising with external vendors
• Raise purchase orders and manage invoicing for training services
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational needs

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is highly regarded.
• Adaptable, solutions-focused, and thrives in a dynamic team environment.
• Previous experience in mining, resources, or large-scale project environments is desirable.
