The team delivers high-quality, industry-relevant training and consulting services, helping clients meet compliance standards and improve operational performance.
Your new role
- Assist with scheduling training sessions, booking trainers, and preparing materials.
- Support accounts functions including data entry, processing invoices, and preparing quotes.
- Maintain records and assist with document management.
- Provide general office administration support such as filing, correspondence, and reception duties when required.
- Assist with uploading and maintaining compliance documentation (e.g., insurance certificates, training records).
- Support reporting requirements across the business, under supervision.
- Provide administrative support for public and on-site training programs.
- Assist in preparing resources for engineering and training projects (e.g., equipment bookings, documentation).
- Support continuous improvements in administrative processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from the Administration Manager.
- Willingness to be trained across a wide range of administrative functions.
- Minimum 5 years of administration experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
What you'll get in return
This position will initially be offered as a contract through Hays for a period of 3 to 6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. It offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.00, plus superannuation and applicable penalty rates.
