We're seeking a Mobile Equipment Trainer & Assessor to join a leading mining operation in the Goldfields region, working with world-class machinery.

• Location: Goldfields Region, WA
• Roster: 8:6
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training on mobile mining equipment, including the Caterpillar 793, ensuring operators meet safety and operational standards.
• Conduct competency-based assessments in line with national training packages and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to operators to improve performance and promote a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and training teams to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.

Key Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) – Required to deliver and assess accredited training.
• Proven ability to train and assess operators on mobile mining equipment in line with national standards.
• Strong knowledge of mining safety protocols and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support learners effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with site teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
