Are you ready to make a real impact in your community? Our client, a leading traffic control company based in the Gippsland Region, is seeking two reliable and safety-focused Casual Traffic Controllers to join their team.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic, on-call position supporting emergency situations such as burst water mains, tree falls, and other urgent infrastructure issues. You’ll be part of a responsive team that prioritises safety and efficiency in high-pressure environments.

Key Details:
Location: Gippsland Region
Hours: Typically 7:00am – 3:30pm, with overtime, nightshifts and on-call availability required
Employment Type: Casual, ongoing (With potential to be permanent)
Pay Rate: Hourly rate based on ticket level (Level 1, 2 or 3) - Starting at $34 per hour (penalty rates for overtime)
Travel Allowance: $27 per day
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Control Ticket (Level 1, 2 or 3)
- CPR and First Aid Certification- Valid Traffic Control Ticket (Level 1, 2 or 3)
- Full driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
