Your new role

As a Trade Marketing Specialist based in Sydney, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and sales performance. You will manage point-of-sale materials, coordinate promotional campaigns, and support product launches across key retail partners. This role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and impactful execution in the market.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation (ideally within beauty, fashion, or FMCG)
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Creative flair and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
