A large, complex organisation operating at a national scale is undertaking a major transformation of its workforce management platforms. This program represents a significant end‑to‑end overhaul, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and modernisation of time and attendance processes. You’ll join a high-profile program working alongside a global systems integrator and an experienced internal project team.

Your new role

As a Time & Attendance Test Assurance / Functional SME, you will sit across the Time and Attendance domain, reviewing and validating test cases delivered by the systems integrator. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, you will ensure that test scenarios accurately reflect real‑world workforce situations and comply with Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and other industrial instruments.
You’ll work closely with the project Test Lead and broader program stakeholders, providing assurance that system behaviour will result in correct pay outcomes and meet Fair Work compliance before go‑live.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Time & Attendance, or workforce management systems

• Background in testing (QA/UAT), business analysis, or functional roles

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and industrial instruments

• Ability to interpret complex workplace rules and validate expected outcomes

• Experience reviewing or validating test cases rather than writing code

• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

• Experience in large transformation or enterprise programs preferred.
