Your new role

As a Test Manager – Operational Technology, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring quality and compliance across systems that support Transport’s strategic vision. You’ll lead testing efforts, oversee vendor deliverables, and drive assurance practices that meet evolving business and technology needs. This role blends hands-on testing execution with strategic oversight and capability development.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in leading complex testing programs and strategies
• Expertise in system and operational testing including UAT, performance, security, and IoT testing
• Familiarity with automation tools and assurance technologies
• Ability to manage budgets and prioritise resource needs
• Strong communication skills and subject matter expertise in testing best practices
• Experience working in high-demand environments with competing priorities
