Your new role

• Developing and maintaining test strategies, plans, and schedules
• Leading functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Driving test automation frameworks for efficiency and consistency
• Coordinating UAT sessions and managing vendor testing activities
• Managing defects and reporting on quality metrics and risks

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar testing leadership role
• Strong knowledge of test management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proven ability to create and execute test strategies and plans
• Hands-on experience with automation, SIT, UI testing, and data validation (ETL/ELT)
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Katalon Studio, and Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
