Your new role

As a Test Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in a high-impact Extranet migration project. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing both manual and automated test cases to ensure data quality, integration accuracy, and development standards are met. This role demands a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to testing strategy and execution.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in leading testing efforts across complex data and integration projects
• Strong proficiency in SQL scripting for data analysis and test data generation
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (UFT preferred) and test management platforms (Azure DevOps Test Plans ideal)
• Familiarity with GIT and source code repository maintenance
• Experience with Mulesoft and Dynamics 365 environments (preferred)
• Ability to facilitate UAT and engage effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and train others
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
• A risk-based approach to security and a consultative attitude toward team collaboration
