Your New Role
As a Test Lead, you will take full ownership of end-to-end testing. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality testing solutions rather than managing teams. You’ll play a key role in system enhancements, supporting HR-related platforms with an emphasis on Workday and ServiceNow integrations. Agile methodologies are being introduced, and your expertise will help shape efficient testing processes.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll bring advanced testing experience, particularly in enterprise environments. A background in Workday or ServiceNow will be highly advantageous, with business analysis skills considered a plus. The position requires expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT), with automation testing incorporated where beneficial. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Zephyr will support your ability to document and execute test strategies effectively.
