Test Lead

Well established state government organisation looking for an experienced Test Lead with expertise in SAP Successfactors.


Your new role

This role is for an expert hands-on, individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong background in enterprise HRIS testing.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals).
  • Coordinate and perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure test coverage and traceability.
  • Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
  • Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide regular test progress reports and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
  • Support cutover and post-go-live validation activities.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors testing (preferably across multiple modules).
  • Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst on large-scale SAP or HRIS implementations.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with Victorian Government project delivery frameworks.
  • Previous experience in government or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
