Your new role

As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing all testing activities across the ERP/RMS program. You will define the test strategy, oversee test design and coverage, manage environments and tooling, and lead defect triage. Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders, you will ensure the solution is verified end‑to‑end against business requirements and ready for go‑live.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in large ERP/RMS or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong background in defining test strategies across unit, system, integration, data migration, performance, and UAT.
• Hands‑on experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across IT, Finance, Residential, Clinical, and vendor teams.
• Strong defect management and reporting capability.
