Your new role

As the Test & Cutover Manager, you’ll lead all testing activities across SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production verification. You’ll own the end-to-end test strategy, manage defect resolution, and ensure traceability from requirements to closure. You’ll also support cutover planning and execution to enable a smooth transition to go-live and BAU.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7–10 years’ experience in software testing, ideally with SaaS solutions
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies
• Hands-on expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
• Experience with Tricentis qTest
• Cutover planning experience is highly desirable.
