Test Analyst / Test Lead – Insurance | Major Core System Replacement Programme
We’re partnering with a leading Insurance client undergoing a major transformation, replacing their
core legacy policy administration platform across seven products. This is a large‑scale programme with significant business impact — and we’re looking for experienced
Test Analysts and Test Leads to join the team.
You’ll be working across multiple product streams, supporting the delivery of a new policy admin system and integrations with
Nshare, Ebix, and Steadfast. The role involves
high‑volume manual testing
(3,500+ test cases), test case creation, execution, and close collaboration with SMEs, developers, and business teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Writing and executing detailed manual test cases
- Supporting SIT, E2E, regression, and SCTP‑related testing
- Validating integrations across Nshare, Ebix, and Steadfast
- Working with SMEs to understand product rules and policy workflows
- Managing defects, test data, and test documentation
- (Test Lead only) Leading test planning, reporting, and coordination across multiple product streams
What we’re looking for
- Strong manual testing experience (Insurance or Financial Services preferred)
- Ability to work across complex systems and multi‑product environments
- Experience with policy admin platforms or insurance workflows
- Exposure to SCTP testing (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- For Test Lead: proven experience leading testing across large programs

- Strong culture building skills including the ability to build high performing teams through coaching and performance development.
- Well-developed incident and analytical problem-solving skills and experience in providing advice and guidance to resolve issues and introduce improvements.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, reporting and proposal development for technology systems under management.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
