I’m currently partnered with a national sales and distribution company specialising in selling, merchandising, and distributing health and beauty brands to pharmacy.

With over 25 years’ experience in pharmacy, proven success in growing sales and building brands, flexible distribution options, this business pride themselves on creating bespoke service to their customers.

The team service and support not only the banner group pharmacies but independent and regional pharmacies as well.

Their mission is to grow the sales of their brands by gaining distribution in all Australian pharmacies, while providing their customers new and exciting products to grow their business.

Your new role

There is now a rare vacancy for a Territory Manager to join the business in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Core role responsibilities:

• Call on customers to sell multi-brand cosmetics and health brands across the pharmacy channel
• Create and execute territory sales plans to meet/exceed established sales quotas to support company objectives
• Utilise your understanding of merchandising requirements, core ranging and planograms
• Build, maintain and grow key customer relationships
• Identify new business development opportunities for their brands across new and existing customer base
• Maintain expertise in their product portfolio, offering bespoke service to customers

The designated territory for this role is North-East Melbourne, with cyclical regional trips required.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Complete Australian working rights
• A current driver's license essential
• A willingness to be on the road travelling, including cyclical overnight regional stays
• Proven sales skills and commitment to customer service
• Experience selling multi-brands
• Strong aptitude for learning and professional development
• Highly organised, punctual and attention to detail
• A real team-player who is committed to group success
• Experience using IT ordering systems, computers (office & excel)

As this role is specific to the pharmacy channel, Previous experience calling on this market segment is considered essential
