Your new role

As the Technology Project Officer, you’ll coordinate the transition of approximately 1,200 mobile devices from one provider to another across the Adelaide metro area. This is a 6-month contract commencing around 29 September, and you’ll be responsible for scheduling, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout.

You’ll work closely with ICT teams, business managers, and external providers to manage SIM distribution, number porting, and asset tracking. Your role will also include preparing project documentation, managing risks and issues, and supporting staff with training and communications throughout the transition.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in ICT project coordination, ideally within telecommunications or mobile services

• Strong organisational and scheduling skills with attention to detail

• Knowledge of SIM management, number porting, and mobile service administration

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation practices

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
