Your new role
As Technology Enablement Lead, you will operate at a senior systems engineering level, taking responsibility for the ongoing support, optimisation and security of the organisation’s Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune. Your focus will be on maintaining system reliability, proactively monitoring platform health, and ensuring devices, cloud services and collaboration tools are secure, resilient and fit for purpose.
You will lead endpoint and device management across the organisation, support cybersecurity controls, assist with automation and process improvement initiatives, and contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Working closely with senior technology leadership and internal stakeholders, you will balance daily operational delivery with continuous improvement, documentation and support of modern ways of working.
What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management and device compliance
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices including identity security, endpoint protection and DLP
• Experience monitoring systems, troubleshooting incidents and maintaining operational stability
• Strong understanding of cloud services, enterprise applications and the software lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• The ability to prioritise, work independently and manage competing operational demands
