Your new role

In a newly created position, you will work as a Technical Specialist. Your role will involve working closely with the Senior Delivery Manager, IT Team and key stakeholders to translate initiatives into detailed product and application requirements. You will perform system analysis and design for the organisation's core applications, integration layer and APIs to ensure the business requirements are met. As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for simplifying complex technical needs to senior stakeholders. You will be proactive in identifying improvements to processes and procedures, as well as resolving any integration or API issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role; Technical Specialist, Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.

• Technical expertise with integration and APIs solutions.

• Thorough understanding of the SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues with non-technical stakeholders.

• Desire to learn and explore new technologies.
