Your new role

• Project Planning & Delivery: Lead end-to-end IT transition, and deployment projects (e.g., migrating to Microsoft 365) on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between business partners, IT teams, vendor partners, and end-users to ensure smooth implementation, particularly in complex environments.
• Risk & Issue Management: Track project progress, manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs, and provide status reporting to upper management.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee technical staff to manage the ongoing release cadences, support, and security of O365 services.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience leading complex IT infrastructure and software implementation projects, specifically involving Office 365 or cloud migrations.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange), Azure AD, and Power Platform.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile (Kanban, SCRUM) and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certifications are often required or preferred.
