About the Role:
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across digital and technology environments, contributing to the smooth operation of multi‑site ICT systems.
Working within a primarily Microsoft-based environment, they will deliver on‑site and remote support, configure and maintain ICT infrastructure, and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance.
The role includes monitoring systems, investigating incidents, developing documentation, and supporting end users through training and guidance.
The candidate will triage and resolve issues within defined service levels, uphold ITSM standards, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and secure technology operations across the organisation.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
To succeed in this position, the candidate brings strong technical knowledge in configuring, maintaining, and supporting ICT environments.
They possess proven ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and deliver high‑quality customer-focused ICT support.
The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems within agreed SLAs, and effective communication skills—both written and verbal—for documenting processes and assisting end users.
Strong interpersonal skills support collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ServiceNow and ITIL is highly regarded, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
A driver’s licence and flexibility for on‑call availability and travel between sites are desirable.
