Your New Role
As the new Technical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading development efforts, mentoring team members, and acting as a technical bridge between Codium and its clients. You’ll be responsible for architecting solutions, overseeing feature releases, and driving improvements across a diverse range of projects and systems. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on client engagement, technical excellence, and team development.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading the development and delivery of new features and system upgrades.
- Acting as the second-tier support for complex technical issues.
- Architecting solutions and communicating with clients on major issues and enhancements.
- Overseeing merge requests and ensuring code quality.
- Mentoring and guiding a team of two developers.
- Collaborating with the Client Servicing Manager and participating in strategic meetings.
- Driving proactive improvements to the codebase to prevent future issues.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Technical expertise with Laravel, Vue.js, and SQL, including performance tuning.
- Proven ability to lead development projects and mentor team members.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and guide stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes.
- Experience working in a support and feature development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
