Your new role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions aligned with business goals and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff and external vendors
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, and manage delivery plans and schedules
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Support release planning and change management activities
• Promote continuous improvement and apply lessons learned to future work

What you'll need to succeed

• Citizen and able to obtain baseline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
• Proven experience leading complex technology delivery projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience in a regulatory environment, particularly with investigations and case management systems
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Prior experience working within the Federal Government
• Exposure to organisational change management initiatives
