Your new role

• Work with Business BAs to identify and document technology‑related requirements for the Request for Tender.
• Ensure requirements cover integration, data, security, hosting, performance, and operational support.

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and business stakeholders to define the technology components required to support the new system.
• Document these components as clear, testable requirements for procurement and delivery.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and security frameworks.

• Work with the Solution Architect to define integration requirements with related systems, including:
  • Single Sign‑On (SSO)
  • Event Management / Event Bus
  • Legacy systems
  • External partner systems
• Document integration patterns, interface specifications, data exchange rules, and non-functional requirements.

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and vendor to identify:
  • Gaps in proposed technology solutions
  • Risks related to integration, data, security, or infrastructure
  • Mitigation strategies and required design changes

• Work with the vendor to:
  • Review and validate the data model for the new platform
  • Define data mapping from legacy systems
  • Support data migration planning, including profiling, cleansing, and transformation requirements
  • Ensure data quality and integrity considerations are captured in requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Systems integration & interfaces — deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, event‑driven architecture, SSO, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Data & data models — strong capability in conceptual/logical data modelling, data mapping, and understanding how data flows across systems.
• Infrastructure, security & service delivery — familiarity with cloud infrastructure components, identity management, security controls, hosting models, and operational support structures.
• Requirements elaboration — ability to translate business needs into both business‑level and ICT‑level requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications.

• Experience collaborating with external vendors during procurement, design, and delivery phases.
• Experience supporting or leading data migration activities, including legacy data analysis, mapping, cleansing, and transition planning.
