Your new role

As Technical Business Analyst you will work closely with the business users in developing and reviewing processes and validating requirements for a large ICT program. You will focus on large technology landscapes including contact centres, telephony, cloud and infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years of experience working closely with the business / end users in developing and reviewing processes and gathering / validating requirements in ICT projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of ICT / technology landscapes including contact centres, telephony, cloud and ICT infrastructure and should be comfortable working with business users and technical SMEs.
• Experience defining and reviewing vendor service level agreements, key performance indicators and ongoing support requirements.
• Previous experience in Government or Public Sector environments.
