A leading Australian financial services organisation undergoing one of the largest operating‑model transformations in the industry. As part of the program, the business is transitioning its Master Trust administration and technology services to SS&C Technologies to modernise systems, reduce complexity, streamline cost, and strengthen its long‑term strategic positioning.

Your new role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining, documenting, and enabling the future operating model as the organisation transitions core technology and administration services to SS&C’s Bluedoor platform. You will work across multiple business functions to map current and future processes, define capability and sourcing models, document RACIs, and support the business in preparing for a large‑scale organisational and technology shift.
You will facilitate workshops, engage SMEs and stakeholders across operations, technology, product, and governance, and produce high‑quality analysis that supports decision‑making and ensures readiness for transition.

What you'll need to succeed

• Superannuation experience is essential, ideally across Master Trust, platform administration, operations, or compliance.

• Strong capability in functional and capability modelling, sourcing models, and RACI development.

• Proficiency with Business Analysis tools, including:

• Process documentation and procedure writing

• BPMN process mapping (Visio)

• Miro or similar digital whiteboards

• Agile delivery tools: Jira & Confluence

• Experience supporting large transformation or BPO transition programs.

• Ability to confidently facilitate workshops, engage diverse stakeholders, and communicate complex information clearly.

• A structured, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
