Your new role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of loan collection systems. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end documentation, managing UAT processes, and ensuring seamless integration of collections platforms. Your technical expertise will support the development and delivery of solutions that enhance recovery efficiency and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within Australia
• Strong background in Lending, with a mandatory focus on Loan Collections
• Proven experience in collections implementation projects
• Solid understanding of collections tools such as Collect!, ezyCollect, 365 Collect, Gaviti, SimplicityCollect, ACE, or Polonious
• Technical proficiency in SQL and HTML
• Experience in development and implementation projects
• Deep knowledge of collections workflows, including arrears management, legal escalation, and compliance with ACCC/ASIC guidelines
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to manage UAT independently
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
