We are continuing our partnership with a fantastic consultancy in Melbourne's West, assisting with the appointment of a Team Lead for their Occupational Hygiene Division. Supported by a passionate leader, with a well-established business unit in place, they are looking to continue their strong trend of growth and welcome a new member to the team.

Your new role

In the role of Occupational Hygiene – Team Lead, you will be providing leadership to a team of field technicians and consultants, contributing to successful client outcomes, developing relationships with stakeholders and coordinating schedules with a commitment to high-quality service.

What you'll need to succeed

• Environmental or Occ. experienced professional with 4–5 years' experience in the sector.

• Organised, detailed and driven to upskill those under their remit. Positive, proactive and passionate.

• Experienced in office-based coordination and fieldwork (as required).

• An interest in developing leadership skills and contributing to the business' continued success.

• Able to provide technical advice, and committing to the business' high standards in compliance, integrity and safety.

• Resource planning and a commitment to improving productivity and efficiency.

• Demonstrate knowledge of field-based testing, sampling, lab workflows, deadlines and managing a client's expectations.
