Hays Office Support has exclusively partnered with a Melbourne-born and operated business located in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. Offering impressive office work space, our client is seeking an enthusiastic office administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Your new role
General Administration: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data
Entry, and managing labour hire compliance
Client and Candidate Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients and labour workers,
Handling enquiries and providing information as needed.
Scheduling and Coordination: Assist operations team with scheduling and coordination of business activities
Document Management: Support operations with the preparation and management of documents such as contracts and invoices.
Ensure all documentation is accurate from a compliance perspective and up to date.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the
Business.
What you'll need to succeed
Administration skills: Within a construction environment, it is desired though not essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail
A self-starter with an eagerness to learn
Organisation skills
