We’re partnering with a mid-tier, multi-disciplinary national law firm with a strong presence across Australia. The firm is investing in its people strategy and creating a newly established opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Sydney office on a permanent basis.

Your new role
This position will play a key role in shaping and driving the firm’s national TA strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to proactively identify hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and lead recruitment efforts across both legal and corporate services functions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the firm's national TA strategy
- Partnering with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment activity
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and levels
- Liaising with and overseeing external recruitment agencies and partners to ensure alignment with hiring goals and brand standards
- Building and mentoring a high-performing TA team

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven TA experience, with exposure to recruiting lawyers - whether from an agency, in-house or law firm environment
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment (approx 50–75 over the next 12 months)
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience managing external recruitment partners and vendor relationships
- Agility and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
