Your new role
As an experienced Recruiter you will be able to make an immediate impact with your skills and technology knowledge. Partnering with a diverse group of people, on a day to day you will be;
  • Managing all aspects of the recruitment process for permanent technology roles
  • Connecting with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs, sourcing candidates whose skills and values align with these opportunities
  • Develop genuine relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Hays agency-based consultants for external sourcing strategies
  • Bring innovative ideas to help drive the success of the team who are looking for continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. As an experience recruiter you will already have 2+ years hiring technology-based roles. Along with this we know you are;

  • Highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic team environment
  • Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers, delivering an exceptional experience to everyone you engage with
  • Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
  • Adaptable, agile and able to constantly seek new opportunities to ensure you engage with the best talent
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage stakeholders at all levels
