Our client is a NFP located north of the river. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a 3-month temporary basis.
The Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across various departments. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to deliver a seamless and engaging recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Champion employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
- Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience
What’s required:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, etc.)
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
