Our client requires the support of an experienced talent acquisition coordinator who has previously worked ideally in the mining and resources sector.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working within a wider people and culture team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both blue and white collar positions.

You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process including: candidate attraction and engagement, prescreening, interviewing, shortlisting, managing the offer process and supporting the mobilisation and onboarding teams with required documentation and information.

This position will be for up to a 12-month period and will commence immediately.

To be successful in your application, you will possess recent recruitment experience, preferably from within the mining and resources sector. You will be highly organised in your work, have the ability to follow process, possess prior knowledge of ATS systems and ideally have previous exposure to both blue and white collar positions.
