Your new role

C&IB Operations support the operational and cashflow management, with efficient oversight and execution of bespoke transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting New-York clients as the agent bank in a syndicated loan agreement.
• The facilitation of loan drawings, repayments, interest rate resets and fee payments via core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
• Accurately record fee income and process payments to both lenders and borrowers
• Reconcile account and bank statements as required.
• Completion of New and Terminated facility checklists.
• Working closely with the Relationship managers to provide a seamless service to Borrowers and Syndicate Banks.
• Maintaining deal parameters such as pricing within Core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
• Ensuring electronic records management relating to payments is completed accurately daily.

The Details
Location: Melbourne or Sydney – 100% Remote
Duration: 12-month temporary assignment
Hours: Monday to Friday – 10PM to 8AM
The hourly rate: $64.43 + Super
Start date: 22nd October

What you'll need to succeed

• Payments experience highly desirable
• Experience with NAB-led syndicates and large facility agreements
• Experience working with a major lender within Australia
• International experience working with US banks
• Loan IQ experience is a strong plus, but not essential
