Your new role
As a Switchboard Team Leader, you will mentor a group of Switchboard Operators who will be the first point of contact for callers, directing enquiries, and connecting them to the appropriate departments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Lead and mentor the switchboard operators.
- Drafting of accurate and concise reports.
- Maintaining accurate records - Word and Excel.
- Conducting staff appraisals.
- Co-ordinate mandatory training.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills: clear and professional.
- Experience leading or mentoring staff.
- Availability: Monday to Friday from 09h00 until 17h30, but you will need to be flexible to work on the switchboard if they are short of staff.
- Australian Citizen
- A criminal record check will be part of the employment screening check for the suitable candidate.
What you'll get in return
$70 049.20 plus super.
