Your new role

• Processing incoming web sales orders
• Proving live support to customers
• Escalating issues to relevant teams
• Answering general enquiries and providing customer support
• Liaising with internal teams and ensuring queries are seen through to resolution

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally, experience in Zendesk, JDEdwards or SAP

• Ability to work effectively as a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, being able to handle some difficult callers
• A desire to broaden your skills and learn something new
• Able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• A passion for the product range
