An opportunity is available for an experienced Supervisor to support the delivery of building maintenance and minor construction works in Mt Isa. This role will suit a proactive supervisor with strong coordination, estimating, and compliance experience who is confident working across office, site, and stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and supporting documentation for maintenance and building works.
• Coordinate and oversee day ‑ to ‑ day maintenance and construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Provide supervision and guidance to internal staff, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of buildings and assets, including documenting findings and recommending maintenance actions.
• Manage tenancy ‑ related inspections and maintenance referrals in line with relevant standards and requirements.
• Ensure all work activities comply with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and legislative obligations.
• Monitor work performance and support the professional development and conduct of staff and contractors.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support service delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within building, construction, or maintenance environments
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• High level of attention to safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean, open driver’s licence (mandatory)
