This National Builder / Developer has a large presence on the Gold Coast and with an increasing portfolio of land and projects, their ever growing work load requires a skilled Structures Foreman on their latest project. This client has an excellent reputation amongst contractors, subbies and employees alike. Having built their business during times when projects and investment were less abundant, this client came to realise the value their employers had on the impact of their success. This appreciation and investment in their own people has never left and is why they are so dominant today.

Your new role

Working with the support of a first-class Senior Site Manager, this role will see you take the lead in the delivery of the structure. You will oversee management of trades and subcontractors on site, coordinate site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation and implement OH&S policies with the assistance of an on-site HSE Advisor. You will ensure adherence to all plans and specifications, liaise with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with the program and manage your own short-term programming.

What you'll need to succeed

You will preferably have experience working in large mid or upper tier construction teams with strong exposure to structures. You will possess the knowledge and motivation to drive the program and positive outcomes on site as well as communicate and build strong working relationships with trades and subbies.
It is also preferred that you are able to show a stable career history and strong working references with companies or projects of a similar size or value in excess of $50 Million. We would also like to see a track record of success at meeting deadlines and driving a team to successful project completion. You will have prior Jumpform experience, be well organised, honest, energetic and lead by example by displaying a high level of integrity.
