HAYS have partnered with a respected developer-builder with a strong pipeline of high-rise residential projects across Southeast Queensland who are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join a landmark multi-residential development in Redcliffe QLD. This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on a complex, high-value build with long-term delivery and a strong site team.

Your new role

You will play a key leadership role in the delivery of a two-stage, 12-storey residential development comprising 214 apartments, three basement levels, extensive ground floor retail and commercial tenancies, and a podium-level recreation deck.

You will be responsible for overseeing all structural works and coordinating trades during the critical early stages of construction.

• Supervise and coordinate structural trades and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, safety, and program compliance across all structural elements
• Drive productivity and maintain site discipline
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting
• Uphold a strong safety culture and lead by example

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on multi-storey apartment projects

• Proven leadership in structural delivery and trade coordination

• Strong understanding of concrete, formwork, and basement construction

• QBCC Open Site Supervisors Licence (essential)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors
