Your new role

As a structural supervisor, you should have prior experience supervising civil, formwork, precast, beams & structural projects. WA experience will be essential for this role to ensure you are familiar with the H&S regulations and the NCC.

Responsible for supervising concrete and structural trade activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards. Strong experience in reinforced concrete, formwork, and trade coordination essential.

• Supervise all structural works, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours and stripping
• Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved structural drawings, specifications and standards
• Coordinate structural subcontractors and manage daily site activities to meet programme targets
• Conduct quality inspections and manage hold points, pour approvals and defect rectification
• Ensure safe execution of high-risk structural works, including working at heights and crane operations
• Liaise with structural engineers, consultants and site management to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate site records, inspections and QA documentation

What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience working on large scale projects within a Tier 1 or 2 company

Formwork or similar background
