Structural Maintenance Coordinator – Asset Integrity

Your new role

  • Coordinate and lead structural maintenance and QA activities under the Asset Integrity Program
  • Develop detailed work packs aligned with engineering, SAP, and AIMS priorities
  • Collaborate with Protective Coatings Coordinator and Execution Supervisors
  • Manage remediation schedules, SAP notifications, and documentation
  • Attend planning meetings and contribute to pre-read schedules
  • Track defect progress and ensure timely close-out
  • Support budgeting and resource planning
  • Supervise Project Supervisors to ensure safe, compliant execution
  • Verify and archive completed remediation documentation
  • Ensure compliance evidence is captured and stored
  • Maintain knowledge of BMA-PRO-0069 and relevant standards
  • Manage training compliance via a dedicated matrix
  • Ensure the plant is returned to BAU in better condition
  • Promote high standards and continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in structural maintenance coordination or asset integrity
  • Strong understanding of SAP workflows and engineering documentation
  • Familiarity with Australian and ISO standards
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and planning skills
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor across disciplines
  • Commitment to safety and quality assurance
  • Experience with budget and resource management
  • Knowledge of QA/QC processes
