The Stream Lead – Data Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating delivery across the Data Quality & Governance and Data Audit & Risk Monitoring streams. This role ensures strong governance maturity, effective risk mitigation, audit readiness, and alignment with enterprise data and AI governance standards. The role works closely with program leadership, delivery teams, and governance stakeholders to drive outcomes across multiple data initiatives.

- Exposure to enterprise data platforms and data quality tooling
- Proven ability to lead Agile delivery streams and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Strong reporting, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise data policies
What you'll get in return
Delivery & Planning
- Maintain, refine, and prioritise the delivery backlog for the Data Quality & Governance and Data Audit & Risk Monitoring streams, aligned to governance maturity targets and risk mitigation priorities.
- Partner with the Project / Program Manager to define quarterly objectives, delivery roadmaps, and alignment to overall program milestones.
- Provide weekly status reporting covering delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes across both streams.
Agile & Team Leadership
- Organise and facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure delivery teams meet committed sprint objectives, removing blockers and driving accountability.
- Act as a point of escalation for delivery or governance-related risks.
Data Quality, Governance & Risk
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks related to data integrity, governance compliance, and audit readiness.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of data quality tooling (e.g. Monte Carlo, Soda Core), enforcing business rules for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of key data governance artefacts, including:
- Business Glossary
- Data Ownership and Accountability Matrix
- Data Stewardship frameworks
Audit, Monitoring & Compliance
- Implement structured audit controls and real-time risk monitoring dashboards to support proactive issue detection and reporting.
- Coordinate the publication of governance maturity metrics, audit insights, and risk reports for leadership consumption.
- Ensure governance and monitoring practices align with CLP guidelines, enterprise risk standards, and AI governance frameworks.
Policy & Standards
- Oversee the development, review, and alignment of data and AI‑related policies, ensuring they are pragmatic, enforceable, and aligned with regulatory and organisational expectations
