Your new role

• Join a well‑known and reputable Strata Management Group based in Victoria Park with a team of 26.
• Manage a structured portfolio of 730 lots within a supportive, process‑driven environment with strong admin and compliance backing.
• Build long‑standing relationships with residential and mixed‑use schemes while growing your strata capability in a stable, well‑resourced organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong working knowledge of strata legislation, by‑laws, and compliance requirements.
• 1-3+ Years of experience as a Strata Manager
• Clear and professional communication with councils, owners, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple schemes at once.
• Ability to manage conflicts, disputes, and emotionally charged situations calmly.
• Financial literacy — budgeting, levy understanding, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Confidence coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractor engagement, and procurement.
• High‑level customer service focus and commitment to improving client experience.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Strong decision‑making and resilience under pressure.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, training, and professional development.
