Your new role

We are seeking a confident and hardworking Strata Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of strata properties, ensuring their smooth operation and meticulous maintenance in accordance with current legislation. Your responsibilities will be crucial in building strong client relationships and maintaining the highest standards of property management.   • Serve as the primary contact for property owners, residents, and strata committees.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and annual general meetings.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40–60 plans, incorporating 400–600 lots, depending on experience.
  • Ensure adherence to strata laws, regulations, and by-laws.
  • Oversee all aspects of strata property management, including finances, maintenance, and administration.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations of strata properties.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to strata committees during decision-making processes.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Prior experience in property management is required.
  • Knowledge of strata legislation, regulations, and industry best practices is an advantage.
