We have multiple companies currently searching for stores people and picker/packers in Townsville. We can offer consistent roles that will see you working a Monday to Friday roster 38 hours per week, otherwise we can offer sporadic shifts each week if this better suits you.

Your new role

Our clients are looking for people who are experienced stores people, with their current forklift ticket and who are able to manually pick and pack orders. The hours of work are typical 8-hour shifts spanning between 7am and 5pm, depending on the company.

Duties within this role include:

• Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have your current forklift ticket and prior experience within warehousing. You will have strong attention to detail and be physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

What you'll get in return

In return, we can offer an immediate start once upon completion of inductions and references. You will be paid weekly and the hourly pay rate fluctuates from between $30-$31p/h.
