Forklift / Stores roles available in the Adelaide Southern Suburbs

Your new company
A well recognised organisation is looking to add to their team by on-boarding an experienced storeperson with a forklift licence for a 6 month period working 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. This role is located in the Adelaide southern suburbs with good transport links and free parking available on site.

Your new role
The forklift / stores role will require competent use of a fork lift (High risk LF licence essential) as well as the undertaking of other standard general warehouse duties. These will include receiving and dispatching goods, pick-packing, stock control, stock replenishment and general housekeeping in a team environment. These roles will suit candidates who have experience in fast paced industries who are used to working with speed and accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidates will be meticulously well organised, possess accurate attention to detail as well as strong numerical skills. Sound computer skills will be an advantage as will the ability to be hands on in your approach as roles will require the picking of items where numerical accuracy coupled with excellent dexterity is required. These roles are required to liaise with both internal and external customers placing an emphasis on a candidate’s ability to communicate effectively as well as present themselves in a professional manner.

It is desirable that candidates have a DCSI working with Children check or are happy to apply for one, successful candidates will also be required to undertake a drug and alcohol test.
