Your new role
This position sits within the Gen AI Engineering and Technology division, where you'll work side-by-side with some of the top technical minds in the industry. Your mission will be to support and scale the use of generative AI tools across a large engineering workforce, enabling faster development cycles and stronger outcomes. This hands-on engineering role blends technical delivery with leadership, experimentation, and culture shaping.

You will be expected to:
  • Design solutions that align with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate on technical strategies and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Evaluate emerging AI-enabled development platforms and guide their integration.
  • Deliver modular solutions that can be leveraged across multiple teams.
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews and clear documentation.
  • Mentor team members while supporting cross-functional project goals.
  • Promote agile experimentation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring a strong foundation in engineering for cloud platforms, paired with a passion for experimenting with AI-assisted tools.
Key qualifications include:
  • A background in building scalable, resilient systems across cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience applying generative AI to enhance software engineering, including RAG architectures using LlamaIndex or LangChain.
  • Exposure to building agentic systems with tools like AutoGen or SemanticKernel.
  • Fluency in coding languages such as Python, TypeScript, or C#, with familiarity in microservices architecture.
  • Daily use of AI coding assistants and interest in tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Continue, Aider, Cline.
  • Understanding of platforms such as Claude, LiteLLM, LangGraph, Hugging Face, and others.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and technical leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working in agile environments and guiding projects from ideation to delivery.
