• Identify risks, impacts and dependencies across business processes.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend AI‑driven improvements.

• Facilitate sessions to clarify requirements, validate changes and support decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Build strong working relationships across curriculum, IT, legal, governance and school groups.

• Convert complex technical ideas into clear summaries and briefings.
• Prepare executive-ready documentation, process maps and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Support artefacts required for governance, risk and assurance processes.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
• Exposure to data-driven or emerging technology initiatives.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience producing structured user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation and process mapping capability.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Understanding of governance, compliance and public sector risk considerations.

• Experience in education or public sector settings.
• Familiarity with generative AI, search, NLP or machine learning.
• Experience with proofs of concept and scaling solutions.
• Understanding of AI governance, copyright and data risk.
• Background in innovation or product development environments.
