Your new role


With over 10,000 lines of stock across three sites, they have outstanding wholesale supply agreements with major equipment suppliers together with the best freight arrangements possible. Ensuring stock is expedited as soon as possible and that downtime is kept to a minimum is their priority.


Reporting to the Branch Manager and working alongside another Parts Interpreter, you will work within the parts department and will deal with customers and technicians to identify needed parts, process orders, and potentially provide technical assistance.

  • Inventory management - Managing inventory and ensuring parts are stocked and available when needed
  • Parts management - Identifying and interpreting parts and components needed for repairs and maintenance, ensuring correct parts are used
  • Customer service - Providing advice and guidance to customers, helping them understand parts needed and how to use them
  • Sales tasks - Performing sales-related tasks

What you'll need to succeed


The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, be able to multitask and must be willing to learn and grow.


  • Spare parts knowledge (preferably heavy or light vehicle)
  • Inventory management experience
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with electronic purchasing
  • Current driving licence
