Your new role
The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for the architecting of new and enhanced services in accordance with business requirements and demands. The Senior Solutions Architect will contribute technical expertise to the strategic programs and projects with focus on design and implementation of the Legacy migration project. The role will also be responsible for provides both strategic and innovation leadership, along with deep technical expertise, to guide the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-level systems. A key focus is maintaining the security, integrity, consistency, sustainability, and adaptability of technology solutions, while actively monitoring compliance and governance.

What you'll need to succeed
1. Demonstrated ability to undertake Solution Architecture analysis within a Prince2/Agile environment with experience in technical requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
2. Demonstrated ability to facilitate technical groups across multiple disciplines.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking, and providing support as required.
4. Advanced demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications.
5 .Demonstrated ability in creatively solve problems and try new approaches to achieve work outcomes, leveraging a strong analytical mindset. Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and users in the provision of advice, guiding decision-making and seeking cooperation in the delivery of services.
6.Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports and proposals for all levels of the SCV.
7.Detailed understanding and knowledge of Victorian government is highly desirable. Relevant 12 years of experience as Solution Architect space.
8.Technical Skills required- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing solutions on Salesforce CRM, Mulesoft, IBM Websphere application & integration platforms, and AWS cloud stack
9.Experience on Integration, Oracle Database, on old Legacy system migration projects.
10. Experience working on Middleware and website integration.
